These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and to3888 ("the Company", "the Platform", "we", "us"). By completing the registration process or placing any bet on to3888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision herein. In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the to3888 platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older. to3888 enforces a strict age-verification policy and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle.
2.2 Residency. The to3888 platform primarily targets players who are residents of Indonesia. You are solely responsible for verifying that your participation in online betting is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your place of residence. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are acting under duress or undue influence, may not register.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from to3888 or from any other gambling operator through a formally recognised self-exclusion programme are not permitted to register or maintain an account on to3888 during their exclusion period.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. Employees, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of to3888 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold a Member account for real-money wagering purposes.
3.1 One Account Rule. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) to3888 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, bank accounts, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred bank account details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. to3888 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify to3888 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. to3888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national ID card (KTP), passport, driver's licence, and proof of bank account ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period specified by to3888 may have their withdrawal capabilities suspended.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. to3888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Member has violated these Terms; (b) to3888 has reason to believe fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing is occurring; or (c) regulatory or legal requirements necessitate the action.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. to3888 accepts deposits via the following channels: bank transfers to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon; and e-wallet transfers via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is:
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that you own outright and that have been obtained through lawful means. Deposits from borrowed funds, credit facilities, or third-party sources are prohibited.
4.4 No Deposit Fees. to3888 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, for which to3888 accepts no responsibility.
4.5 Deposit Credits. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your Account within 5 minutes. In the event of a technical delay, please contact support with proof of transfer. to3888 cannot confirm deposits without adequate transaction evidence.
4.6 Dormant Account Funds. Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 10.000 until the balance is reduced to zero or the account is reactivated through a new deposit. Members will be notified by email before any fee is applied.
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 KYC Prerequisite. All withdrawals require the Member's KYC verification to be fully completed and approved prior to processing. to3888 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold pending verification review.
5.3 Withdrawal to Own Account. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the to3888 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be declined.

These are estimates during standard operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during public holidays including Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).
5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts may withdraw up to Rp 50.000.000 per transaction and Rp 200.000.000 per day. VIP-tier Members may be subject to higher limits as specified in their VIP programme terms.
5.6 Bonus Wagering Completion. Only the real-money Balance (not Bonus Funds) is withdrawable. Members must complete all applicable wagering requirements before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable balance.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by to3888 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30× the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 must be wagered a total of Rp 3.000.000 across qualifying games before any portion of the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. to3888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; or any form of coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
6.6 Seasonal and Event Promotions. to3888 may offer special promotions tied to local events and holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day, Nyepi, and major sporting events such as the Piala AFF, BRI Liga 1 season openers, and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and are available for a limited time only.
6.7 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. to3888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at to3888's sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason. Confirmation of a bet is only given once a unique bet reference number is issued by the platform.
7.2 Errors and Manifest Odds. In the event of a pricing or technical error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"), to3888 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such odds. Members will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their Balance.
7.3 Sports Betting — Football Markets. Football betting markets on to3888 cover BRI Liga 1 (including clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), Timnas Indonesia international fixtures, Piala AFF, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup. Markets include full-time result, Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under totals, correct score, and mix parlay accumulators. 7.4 Slot Games. All slot games on to3888 are provided by licensed third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Pocket Games Soft. 12.1 to3888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
12.2 to3888 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. The language of arbitration shall be English.
14.3 Nothing in this clause shall prevent to3888 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent imminent harm to the platform or its Members.
14.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitral tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
